  2. Hi Chinedu, what do you want to study and where? If you are talking general crime then it’s everywhere in the world so you just have to be careful wherever you may find yourself. But if you are talking about racism then yes, you have to be extra careful though I must say that things are a lot better now especially in Moscow.
