Why is music so powerful?

Because It soothens our life. I love to listen music all the time. I love listening romantic songs specially..

You understand an song when you watch the video of it. Video of it would make you emotionally feel that.

Sorry but I disagree. What about claasic songs that had no video clips. Music should be listened to and not watched.

It is true that you understand music by listening. Beacuse Music contains, and communicates different sets of information, It conveys emotion, as its primary subject.  :)

Everyone got some kind of rhytm...and some kind of music got same...its like puzzle- if you give together two that hit each other then it works ^^

Music is powerful because it's created out of feelings and emotions. Feelings and emotions is something that is present in every human, the reason why music can touch every soul from all ages, gender, and walks in life.
