Well, I can tell you that the major (or maybe even the best) thing about Russian universities is the price - AMAZINGLY CHEAP!
They are a lot cheaper than most other developed countries.

The quality? if I must confess is not that high - bordering on poor(but that's just an objective view).
Considering a Russian university should be the last option - its cheap and that's pretty much the BEST thing about it.
