Well if you live in Russia, you do know that its suicidal to call your folks in Africa with your fixed/land lines or from your mobile phones. The rates are insanely HIGH!
The cheapest option is to use a VOIP provider. There are so many of them but I think
Rynga and
onevoip have very good rates. I've not tried them so can't vouch for the call quality.
I was using comtube because it was cheap and then you top up your account directly via MTS or Beeline (from the balance of your phone) and you can insert your cellphone number as the sender (SMS) but lately their call quality is so bad that I'm looking for other options.
