ARFF believes the esteemed nation of Russia should play a leading role along with China and other BRICS nations in helping Africa overcome some of the last remaining hurdles that persist within this magnificent continent. This can and should be accomplished by fully utilising all possible Organisational bodies where Russia has a leading role such as the New Development Bank (BRICS Bank) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
